UBC’s Museum of Anthropology (MOA) opens a window onto the ethereal world of contemporary Taiwan with the unveiling of the profound new exhibition (In)visible: The Spiritual World of Taiwan through Contemporary Art, on display November 20, 2015 – April 3, 2016 at MOA (6393 NW Marine Drive).

As part of the Spotlight Taiwan initiative, (In)visible features a stunning and diverse collection of artistic mediums from seven Taiwanese artists, whose works – each presented in Canada for the first time – will explore the coexistence of modernity and tradition, while examining the significance of the spiritual world in present day Taiwan. Spotlight Taiwan is made possible through the generous support of the Ministry of Culture, Republic of China (Taiwan).

Tuesdays open from 10am-9pm

Wednesday – Sunday open from 10am-5pm
